Self-directed
Another self-directed project prompted by UI Peeps’ by-monthly challenge for the months of January and February 2026.
This challenge gave me the perfect excuse to finally check something off my bucket list: creae a world inspired by a “supernatural federal bureau.” I’ve always loved adventurous spy movies with secret agencies. There’s just something really cool about a “supernatural bureau” setting that feels so intriguing. I grew up watching many shows and movies, among them The X-Files and James Bond definitely left an impression on me.
In recent years came a game called Control that absolutely blew my mind in terms of that whole supernatural bureau setting. I loved exploring every nook and cranny of every level, hunting for every little pieces of lore, those [redacted] documents were just “chef’s kiss” and graphic design was simple yet amazing and worked so well in that setting.
Then more recently came MCU’s Loki Tv Series that once again scratched that supernatural bureau setting itch.
So I took that mysterious atmosphere of a secret government agency and tried blending it with the whimsical, high-stakes energy of an Ocean’s Eleven heist. In line with keeping it lighthearted the scene itself is inspired by mobile game ads: lvl 1 noob vs lvl 100 boss.
Everything is done by me. Character models were created with a Ready Player Me character creator, walking animation was created with Mixamo and scenes were rendered in Blender. Background photos seen in the scenes are from pexels and sound effects and music are from pixabay.

I wanted to show the 4 distinct seasons in the preview before loading into the game.
